Cosmetic Use and Product Directions

Avenmere body-care products are offered for their stated cosmetic purposes.

Customers should follow the directions, ingredient information, cautions, and warnings provided with the applicable product.

Products should not be used in a manner inconsistent with their directions or warnings.

Unless the product information specifically states otherwise:

Orders

Submitting an order represents your request to purchase the products identified during checkout.

Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted. An order remains subject to successful payment authorization, product availability, and our ability to process the purchase.

We may decline, place on hold, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order has shipped.

We will make a reasonable effort to assist, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled as an unshipped order.

Prices and Currency

All prices displayed on Avenmere are in United States Dollars (USD), unless clearly stated otherwise.

The product price displayed when you complete your purchase is the price applicable to that order, subject to any valid discount or pricing adjustment displayed during checkout.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change from time to time.

Changes do not retroactively alter the price of an order that has already been successfully placed, except where an obvious pricing or listing error requires correction as permitted by applicable law.

If a material pricing error affects an order, we may contact you to provide an opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order.

Payments

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can proceed.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for your purchase and that the payment information you provide is accurate.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the customer’s device, location, and the payment methods currently enabled for the store.

By submitting an order, you authorize the selected payment method to be charged for the complete order total displayed before purchase.

If a payment is declined, cannot be authorized, or otherwise fails, the order may not be processed.

Taxes

Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order and shipping destination.

Customers can review the complete order total before submitting payment.

Shipping Charges

Avenmere currently provides free standard shipping on orders shipped to eligible addresses within the United States.

No standard shipping charge is added to an eligible order.

If a different shipping service or charge is introduced in the future, the applicable option and cost will be disclosed before the customer submits payment.

Shipping and Delivery

Avenmere currently ships within the United States.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

After an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated carrier transit time is generally 3–5 business days.

Most orders are therefore expected to arrive within approximately 4–7 business days from the date the order is placed.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, severe weather, service interruptions, holidays, address problems, unusually high order volume, or other circumstances outside Avenmere’s reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

If you identify an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to assist before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.

Order Tracking and Delivery Issues

When tracking information becomes available, it will be provided for the applicable shipment.

If a shipment appears unusually delayed, missing, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact support@avenmere.shop with your order number and the relevant delivery information.

A carrier investigation may be required before a delivery issue can be resolved.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, visible damage, or other reasonable information required to review the issue.

Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, return procedures, product-condition requirements, free return shipping, inspections, refunds, and cancellation terms are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy:

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

For a standard change-of-mind return, the product must remain unused, unopened, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Opened, used, partially used, or seal-broken personal-care products are not eligible for a standard change-of-mind return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are reviewed separately by our support team.

Approved returns receive a prepaid return shipping label, and Avenmere does not charge a restocking fee for an approved return.

A product must not be sent back without prior approval and return instructions.

Intellectual Property

The Services and their content, including the Avenmere name, logo, product names, text, graphics, photographs, images, videos, audio, website design, arrangement, and other materials, may be owned by Avenmere or used under authorization from applicable licensors and service providers.

These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

The Services are provided for personal, lawful, and non-commercial use.

Except where permitted by applicable law or with prior written authorization, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise misuse protected Avenmere content.

Shopify’s names, trademarks, logos, products, and services belong to Shopify or its applicable licensors.

Other third-party names, trademarks, and content belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the Services to:

Violate applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of another person.

Commit or attempt fraud, unauthorized transactions, or other illegal activity.

Provide materially false or misleading information.

Third-party tools and services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Avenmere does not control all third-party tools and cannot guarantee that every third-party service will always remain available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Customers should review the applicable third party’s terms and privacy information before using an optional tool or service.

Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to websites, applications, or platforms operated by third parties.

Avenmere does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices, products, or services of third-party websites.

Avenmere is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to make the Services available.

Purchases made through the Avenmere store are transactions between the customer and Avenmere.

Shopify provides the technology supporting the store but is not the seller of Avenmere products.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by Avenmere or for disputes arising solely from a transaction between Avenmere and a customer.
